Only after construction do things get properly started; then the new- build must fulfill its purpose. It is important to carefully consider various viewpoints when making any decision regarding the new-build. The building materials must not contain any harmful substances, should be long-lasting and sourced from the region. Everyone involved in the construction project should be treated fairly. In this way, the clients ensure that they can consult effectively with suppliers, craftsmen or helpers, and can use the new building without putting themselves at any risk. All this we understand under the label “sustainable building”.
